Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 9:53AM At this years Summer SUDS, MALTS made another big showing with John Rybicki taking some awards home with "Fauline Olga" 1st in Dunkel Weizen Bock and 3rd in BOS and James Brown getting an Honorable mention for his Lowcountry RIPA in the specialty beer category.

The Session is back this week with the return of Moon River's John Pinkerton, the brewmaster and newly elected president of the Georgia Craft Brewers Guild. You will hear about John's pro-brewing legislative efforts, as well as the Brewcaster's recent exploits filming Brew Your Own Beer TV. The beginning of the show features interviews with 4 of the AHA governing committee candidates so you can make an educated vote in this years election. We also speak to the organizers of the upcoming Colorado Beer Week.
